THC App uses Artificial intelligence to measure the extraction time or brew time of an espresso. If your customers have ever raised complaints that your coffee is sometimes maybe good & sometimes maybe not so good, then as Cafe owner you have a problem of inconsistent espresso extraction. Do’t worry, we have a perfect AI based solution to bring consistency in the espresso extraction. All you have to do is to Download the THC APP & use it at least twice a day. The instructions to use the app is as follows: Open the camera on THC APP & record the ground coffee Dose in a Portafilter on a scale, tamp it & insert the Portafilter into a Group Head. Place the measuring scale & activate the mode where both time in seconds & weight in grams is displayed. Press the button to pull the shot & record the espresso extraction with the THC APP, ensuring that the Measuring Scale, Espresso Cup & Group Head remains visible through the process. Once the extraction is complete, stop the recording on the THC APP. THC APP requires you to select the variety of Coffee beans. After the selection press submit. It will take 2-3 minutes to evaluate the espresso extraction. Depending on results appropriate suggestion will be provided. THC APP also has a Chat feature for resolving any query.
